Respect for the environment and promotion of the mountains are values shared by Norbert Niederkofler, the 3-Star Michelin chef in Alta Badia, in the heart of the Dolomites, and by Ferrari Trento in the creation of its Trentodoc wines.
This affinity is clearly expressed in menus specially designed to highlight the characteristics of the mountain sparklers from Ferrari Trento and the finest ingredients from the area of the Alps, with great emphasis on sustainability.

This collaboration was expressed to the full in an international tour which, starting off in Zurich and with stops in Munich, Moscow and Saint Petersburg, offered Chef Niederkofler’s menus accompanied by Ferrari Trento’s sparkling wines.
