A new bubbly bar is set to open in St. Pete’s Beach Drive in Florida this spring. Flûte, will serve Champagne, Prosecco, Cava and other sparkling wine paired with gourmet food.

There will be a variety of dishes that pair well with Champagne. These will include tartare, pâté, cheese and caviar and will cost from $8.

They will also offer high-end Champagne by the glass and flight — not just by the bottle.

The people behind the new venture are Greg Haddad, a fifth-generation St. Pete native who has owned Central Cigars for 20 years and Tony Mangiafico who is the Gratzzi Italian Grille head chef and co-owner.
