Hattingley Valley English Sparkling Wine

Hattingley Valley English Sparkling Wine

Hattingley Valley is a family owned grower and producer of premium English sparkling wine in Lower Wield, Hampshire. The first vineyard was established in 2008 and was planted with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. They currently manage over 24 hectares (60 acres) of vines across two well-situated sites which provide excellent growing conditions. At Hattingley Valley, a key element of of their style is the subtle use of oak barrels to ferment a small proportion of the wines each year. This helps to soften the wines before they go into bottles for the second fermentation. Their range currently consists of: Hattingley Valley Classic Cuvée 2013 Hattingley Valley Blanc de Blancs 2010 Hattingley Valley Rosé 2013 Hattingley Valley Kings Cuvée 2011 www.hattingleyvalley.co.uk
