The Bub is a tribute to the owner’s daughter Alison, known as The Bub, Bubster or Alibubba in her early days. Bottle fermented and aged using Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes grown on cool vineyard sites in Oliver and Summerland. Each year a limited release (100 cases) of Pink Bub is created by adding a tiny drop of Syrah to the dosage.
