Haywire wines are made at Okanagan Crush Pad winery in Summerland, British Columbia, owned by Christine Coletta and Steve Lornie.

This is a great everyday drink. This is a bold, austere bubble; crisp and fresh, with citrus and toasty notes and a texture of light effervescence.

Food pairing: Pairs well with soft cheese and also grilled chicken and green apple crêpe, topped with queso fresco and lemon zest.
