At only £5 a bottle, Progrigio, a sparkling wine made by blending Prosecco’s Glera grape and Pinot Grigio sets look to become a popular option for those on a budget.

The drink is designed to be served chilled on its own or is great for using in cocktails.

This Prosecco white wine blend has is described as “crisp, fresh and delicately floral”.

Can it possibly match up to Prosecco? The qualities of a genuine 100% Glera grape Prosecco may not be there, but it offers consumers a lower price point to buy fizz.
