Moët & Chandon launches pop-up Champagne school in London

Well-loved Champagne House Moët & Chandon will be launching a pop-up school in the heart of London called the “Moët Academy”.

It is described as an immersive, educational experience, which will take guests on a multi-sensory journey from grape to glass.

During the sessions, visitors will not only learn about the house of Moët & Chandon, but learn all about Champagne – such as how it differs from other sparkling wines, how it is made, about the region, and anything else you might want to know.

Following that, an in-depth tasting session of Moët & Chandon Champagnes will be included. It will be hosted by Peter Richards MW and Susie Barry MW, who run their own wine school in Winchester and present wine segments on BBC One’s Saturday Kitchen and Jonny Gibson, a well respected and experienced educator in the wine industry.

This is a great opportunity to learn more about the house and Champagne in general. The 90-minute classes will be running at The Gallery @ Oxo during April, with tickets at £40.
