From 29 November to 1 December, L’Eden by Perrier-Jouët is bringing a sense of wonder to Miami with a brand new immersive experience. A unique celebration of nature and design, L’Eden by Perrier-Jouët transports guests into a lavish world of sensory delight, tinged with wild beauty. It has transformed the historic surroundings of the Faena District’s Casa Claridge’s into the IT place to be during the DesignMiami/ 2016 design fair, with an exciting evocation of Perrier-Jouët’s unique story.

Art Director Simon Hammerstein is inviting visitors to explore a whimsical blend of scenography, staged performances and sensory experiences. A cast of characters that includes Adèle Jouët, Pierre Perrier and Art Nouveau pioneer Emile Gallé immerse guests in a seductive world of love and art, suffused by the beauty of nature. A 19th century library bears a scent of pears and citrus fruit, a delicately feminine dressing room is transformed by orchids and magnolia, while a spectacular dinner table melts into a surrounding decor of vines and honeysuckle.

The owner and founder of The Box – a place that encourages guests to suspend reality and be themselves – Simon is the perfect person to create this ultimate playground, combining the unique heritage of Perrier-Jouët with the effervescence of Miami’s international design fair. Seducing guests with a unique combination of touch, smell and sensory manipulation, his atmospheric production recounts the love story that brought the Maison’s founders together and an Art of Champagne that is an ongoing celebration of nature.

But L’Eden by Perrier-Jouët is more than just an evening venue. It welcomes guests day and night as a lively forum for conversation and shared experiences. Alongside memorable parties, it is hosting a full program of conferences, tastings, talks and dinners that complement the stylish effervescence of DesignMiami/. It is also showcasing Perrier-Jouët’s new artistic partnership with the San Francisco-based designer Andrew Kudless, who is presenting new works inspired by nature, Art Nouveau and the Champagne process.

The official opening on 29 November drew celebrities and VIPs to glittering gala evening. Sarah Jessica Parker, Katie Holmes, Lady Victoria Hervey, Sasha Lane and guests enjoyed the unique festive atmosphere. L’Eden by Perrier-Jouët will be bringing the magic of nature to DesignMiami/ right through to 1 December.
