Fox & Fox – Inspiration Blanc de Blancs 2013 – Silver Creamy

Congratulations to Fox & Fox with their Inspiration Blanc de Blancs 2013 which received a silver medal at The World’s Finest Glass of Bubbly awards 2017.
A panel of 36 top industry wine judges tasted all the entries for 2017 and were able to not only scores wines with medals, but also place them in to easy to understand categories such as Creamy: “A soft rounded wine, almost reminds you of biscuity / brioche in aroma and taste.”
A unique Pinot Gris-based varietal Sparkling wine, this is a lovely, zesty wine with hints of citrus and ginger. Pairs beautifully with Asian cuisine – think prawns sauteed with ginger, chilli and Lemongrass.
